Your all-in-one class that takes Pilates foundations and SPICES them up with props, weights & resistance for that BeToned Feeling. Think strength, control, & stamina rolled into one sweaty session. Expect a mix of burn, lengthening, and muscle-shaking moves that challenge every part of your body.

Where Pilates precision meets barre fire. This full-body class blends strength, control & those tiny pulses that make your muscles shake (in the best way). Expect sculpted legs, lifted glutes, and a core that won’t quit. High energy, spicy moves & a guaranteed burn.

All about the Lower Body. This class targets glutes, legs & thighs with Pilates precision + a mix of props & resistance to tone, lift and strengthen. Expect burn, shakes, and the ultimate booty sculpt session. Strong, powerful & seriously spicy.
